Physician Formula for Beautiful Skin

2 cups Diced Organic Pumpkin
4 Garlic cloves chopped
Boil with 2 cubes vegetable stock & 1 cup green tea (steeped for 10min), water to just cover top of pumpkin, boil till soft mash to desired consistency. For smooth affect place in blender with tea towel over top to let steam out as you blend slowly.
Blend/puree: 1 tub Silken tofu, 4 ginger slices (use peeler to peel thin slices), dice 1 red onion, ¼ cup celery, handful torn basil, ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp curry powder, 1 ripe pear. Blend in food processor till liquid.
Add to pumpkin soup, stir add salt and pepper to taste, Finish with edible flowers
